A small litigation firm, founded in 2018, in which every matter is argued by the advocate who accepted it.
Founder
Advocate Sharad Bansal
Sharad Bansal was enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2005 and practises at the Delhi High Court and the district courts of Delhi. He founded the firm in January 2018.
His practice is built on the criminal side: bail at every stage, quashing of FIRs, trials in the Sessions courts, and appeals and revisions in the High Court, with civil, matrimonial, property and consumer work alongside. He argues his own matters.
He teaches litigation practice to law students and fresh advocates through free online webinars under the name Vaqalat by Sharad, and founded Pinakin AI Labs Private Limited, which builds CourtCraft.ai for advocates and IndiaLegal.ai for the public.

One advocate answerable to you
Every matter the firm accepts is led by Advocate Sharad Bansal. Juniors assist with research and paperwork; they do not stand in for him at the hearing.
Few matters, done properly
The firm takes on the number of matters it can prepare thoroughly. If a case is better handled elsewhere, you will be told so at the first meeting.
