The firm's centre of gravity is criminal defence before the Delhi High Court and the Sessions courts of Delhi. The civil, matrimonial, property and consumer work around it is handled by the same advocate, with the same preparation.

- FIR and investigation
Quashing of FIRs under Section 528 of the BNSS (formerly Section 482 CrPC), protection against arrest, and representation during investigation.

Defence at trial in the Sessions and Magistrate courts of Delhi, including cross-examination and final arguments.
- Appeals and revisions
Criminal appeals and revisions before the Delhi High Court; special leave petitions before the Supreme Court of India.

Before you call
Have the FIR or complaint, every order passed so far, and the notice or summons you received. If a matter is already in court, the case number and the next date of hearing are enough to begin.
